What do you like best about Freshchat? The design of the user-interface is great, from configuring the settings as an admin through to the customer support interface. We've been able to create our own chat bots for support which has been extremely helpful for us!

"Simple and to the point"
What do you like best about Freshchat? The ability to create tickets off the chat and that customers do get that ticket number as well. Also like the ability to adjust your views and only see what is necessary to you.
