What do you like best about Freshchat? I like that it has a good integration when we use it with freshdesk omnichannel. The integrations with multiple channels, especially slack which really helps. And the bot functionalities really help with triage on our day to day business.

What do you like best about Freshworks Customer Service Suite? Freshdesk Omnichannel ticket management helps to keep track of a lot of things such as sla times, it's very nice that they report against me, I like it. this is amazing.

"Waste of My Time"

What do you like best about Freshchat? Its conditional formatting, one-click publishing, and simple code deployment were some of my favourite features. However, my total experience was awful. The dashboard was not receiving inputs from the chatbot on my website. They don't even reply to the ticket.
