"Easy to integrate and start interacting with users"

What do you like best about Freshchat? It was very easy to integrate with our app and start using. The articles were helpful. Once integrated we were able to start working with our app users seamlessly. The responses and inline cues (when users are typing or sharing helpful answers etc) are neat.
