A highly recommended chat solution
PROS: Freshchat is the only chatbot solution that offers the best UX and UI in integrations. It has a clean and simple look, and solve complicated issues in our business. Freshchat got everything covered, from FAQ, attachment capability, co-browsing, video attachment option, to many more options. It is even automated to show users’ image on Facebook. Highly recommended!

What do you like best about Freshchat? I love the design and layouts provided for the chat window. The design of the my account section is user-friendly. I will give 10 out of 10 for the design.

What do you like best about Freshchat? I have evaluated many live chat products, and Fresh Chat is the best! It has a easy to follow admin interface, the price is fair and I like targeting customers with certain pop up messages. Fresh Chats support is also quick and very good.

What do you like best about Freshchat? We wanted to add another communication platform to our business, besides phone support and email support and we stumbled upon Freshchat. We already noticed this before as we are a current user of Freshdesk. We requested a demo and they quickly showed us how Freshchat works. We had a lot of questions, but they were able to answer all. The tool is user-friendly too. Great design too - it is simple, clean and can easily be seen by customers.

"Amazing team and amazing product"
What do you like best about Freshchat? We had a few issues implementing their product on a react-native app but their support was so fast and so efficient, unbelievable. All the issues were only because of our implementation and our misunderstandings. Their product works really well and it looks great integrated in our business model.

Every business should try this solution
PROS: The vendor’s offered solutions are useful, and all the problems we have are solved with ease, from support and customer engagement to lead management. They have a lot of options offered, and when you use them as one, they always provide the expected result. Easy to configure, intuitive, and functional – the software provided it all. It even comes with a mobile application.

What do you like best about Freshchat? The service is great for organizing communications with users. It allows you to customize the appearance of the chat and set up autoresponders. Guides conversations to the correct agents and also collect metrics to know the level of customer satisfaction.
