What do you like best about Freightview? The convenience of not having to contact each individual carrier for rates What do you dislike about Freightview? Due to the nature of our product being hazmat, and having several different class and NMFC codes, it can be a bit of a challenge. What problems is Freightview solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefits of using Freightview has helped us be more efficient, and opened up more time to process and ship orders quicker.

What do you like best about Freightview? Freightview provides a very simple platform for us to provide quotes to our customers via its API tool and WooCommerce plugin. It's probably the only reliable tool of its kind out there. Additionally, the customer service provided, especially on the technical side of things, has been a life-saver. Ease of Use - price is average although there are some for free, we have had a lot of problems the last while with Freightview not being able to quote during the busiest time of the day, it seems there is something almost daily I am chatting back and forth with customer service, in the beginning they were very good in getting back to us in a timely manner, but the last while we are only a number What aspects are problematic or could ...

Freightview – Not what it used to be

PROS: Ease of Use - price is average although there are some for free, we have had a lot of problems the last while with Freightview not being able to quote during the busiest time of the day, it seems there is something almost daily I am chatting back and forth with customer service, in the beginning they were very good in getting back to us in a timely manner, but the last while we are only a number CONS: API/EDI with the carriers are down a lot.
