What do you like best about Freightview? The ease of use throughout the entire platform is unreal. Freightview has the best customer support should anything go wrong, and they are always quick for any resolution. What do you like best about Freightview? The ability to quote individual shipments across hundreds of LTL carriers What do you dislike about Freightview? Not the greatest reporting features, but that is not what we use it for. We maily use it to quote and schedule shipments, Fortunately our MRP system is able to generate the reports we need. What problems is Freightview solving and how is that benefiting you? Selecting the best LTL carrier for each individual shipment.

"Easy to use, effective and all the necessary functions in a single shipping platform."

What do you like best about Freightview? I really like the spot quote request function because it gives us the ability to submit a freight quote request via email to as many different email recipients as you wish, with a single click. What do you dislike about Freightview? The Bill Of Lading created in freightview does not have fields for the freight's receiver to write their name and sign as proof that they have received the shipment. What do you like best about Freightview? The analytics is the one of the best parts of them software. It makes working with freight reps on rates very easy. What do you dislike about Freightview? There is a small cost to the system that grows at levels. What problems is Freightview solving and how is that benefiting you? Keepping all of our LTL and FTL shipment data in one easy to access place.

Freightview has allowed us to centralize all our LTL freight quoting in one place, instead of checking individual carrier & broker portals - this is a HUGE timesaver, and also helps us make sure we're not missing any options for lower freight rates or faster transit times, depending on what our priority is for each load. Also appreciate that they are always working on small updates to make things work even better, as well as rolling out new features. ...

What do you like best about Freightview? The best things about freight view are that is works and the customer service is fast and responsive. What do you dislike about Freightview? I wish there was a way to either see liability limits or puchase additional insurance through the site. What problems is Freightview solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves us not having to get rates from each carrier.

What do you like best about Freightview? The system over all is very easy to use, and faster than you might think. We ship daily and my last concern is how much time I need to process the shipments. Quote, select carrier, fill in shipment details, schedule pick up, and print paperwork. That's all there is to it, and it flows from one step to the next with few hiccups.
