Simplified freight forwarding
Freightos has taken something that is very complicated and simplified it as much as possible. I had always used FedEx door to door service in the past, so the idea of using a freight forwarder seemed daunting but Freightos made is very understandable and easy. Great idea, and great service!

It was great to have someone available to respond to any questions, queries or confusion in the chat or via email. The system is well designed to upload all info and documentation to your shipment booking for access in one place. I most appreciated being able to communicate with the freight forwarder via the streamlined freightos platform at every stage of the shipment, including when there were problems and customs delays.
