What do you like best about FreeCRM? The main benefit of using a browser-based CRM solution is that you will have zero or little hosting costs. Your client and organisational data can be exported from Outlook or e-mail accounts into free FreeCRM using a built-in mapping function. E-mail templates can be created merged with your contacts and distributed using your e-mail system.

FreeCrm as the name says is free cloud CRM tool that supports up to 100 users and up to 10 MB of storage space (which is not that large), if i remember correctly it was named one of PcWorld's 15 best free services for entrepreneurs.
