What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? I love that you can pair your email with the program. What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM? That I can't pair ALL of my email accounts. Haha! Recommendations to others considering FreeAgent CRM: Look no further, this is the product your company needs!! What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm able to complete tasks easier and track projects that I'm working on.

"Delayed and Unmet Expectations"

What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? Diligent efforts made at customization and integration with diverse custom applications and needs. What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM? Promises made about integration with phone system, based on erroneous assumptions contrary to information provided, that have not come to fruition. What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? None yet, as the solution has not yet been implemented.
