What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? The way FreeAgentCRM is able to show everyone my emails, it makes my job easier when I dont have to convey the same information twice. Its a great way to keep our team connected with each other as well as our clients. We use the customer notes to help guide our conversations. What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? Very easy to configure, very easy to use. Has everything you need in a powerful CRM and you can be up and running very quickly. What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? I like the board view and the ability to create views for speed to get to orders quickly. Customer service has always been excellent , I love the chat feature that I can use and still keep working when issues arise. What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM? What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? The CSRs were always pretty helpful and responsive to any and all questions - from the actual program itself; I did like the 'activity' wall to track every time there was a touch point with a client. What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM? I did not love how my outlook email kept unsyncing, resulting in a few emails being missed from carrying over to the CRM. What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? FreeAgent CRM's software is outstanding in terms of customization, service, interface, simplicity and elegance. The entire user experience, if rated on a scale of 1 to 10, is 10+ while I would rank Salesforce a 1, having seen Salesforce performing in the past. What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? Ease of navigation along with the ability to set upcoming tasks. What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM? Not much to dislike as it is a very fleshed out CRM. What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to organize my day especially when my customers got over 50.

"User friendly, Mobile friendly"
What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? The fact that the mobile compatibility is so effective to access info and add clients and contacts on the go. What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM? What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? It's super intuitive and highly customizable. Everything is easy to find. What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM? Nothing. We were using a different CRM and switched to Free Agent to fix our past problems. What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
