What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? Customer service and tech support are great! What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM? Haven't yet had a single problem, the whole experience had been great. Recommendations to others considering FreeAgent CRM: If you are looking for a user friendly easy to access CRM I would highly recommend FreeAgent. What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Analyzing sales data, pulling sales reports, tracking growth by region.

"Excellent Product"

What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? I like customer support. They are responsive and always willing to help. Unlike other CRMs that charge every time you need assistance. "Agile changes but relational information complex to obtain"

What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? The helpful weekly meetings to discuss needs and test out changes What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM? Too difficult to obtain relational information when everything is an app. What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Reporting is much easier with the updated pulls and widgets

"Easy to use right from the start"

"Free Agent is too clunky and requires too much customization"

What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? The support staff was committed to working with us. They did try hard to customize what we needed. Also, our going through Free Agent's process and documenting our sales flow was helpful. What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM? Free Agent felt like it was new out-of-the-box with glitches. There would be user-interface problems (can't scroll, can't select). The set-up wasn't very intuitive. Also, to send emails (like a CRM), we had to integrate ...

What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? My favorite thing is how responsive the reps at FreeAgent are - whether we've had an issue, a question, or a suggestion, they are always available and always open to our comments. We've even seen them make platform-wide changes we suggested. What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM? "What short time I have been using Free Agent CRM has been easy to learn and helpfully"

What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? I am able to store all information needed for customers What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM? I wish there were a place for site addresses and a place to add more than one person to one account. Most constructions companies have contractors that have the option to request containers or hauls. What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? I have had no problems—the benefit of having contact information on your computer.

What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? How simple everything and the overall flow of incoming leads What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM? No pre populated fields for each card, all has to be done from scratch What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We have never had a CRM so its solving quite a bit. We haven't launched it quite yet- still working out tweaks but already know it will automate and keep us organized
