"We love the mobile app!"

What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? Our sales reps love the mobile app. They use it throughout the day, They don't have to pull out their laptop and get sut up; they can grab their phone and use FreeAgent right there. What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? It is difficult to pick one "best": The ability to easily create custom data fields was a critical element for us. We are a smaller school with unique requirements and educational data fields. The "out of the box" systems didn't meet our needs and didn't offer the ability for customization.
