"Most Robust and Customer Service oriented CRM Platform I have ever used."

What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM? There are two things. First: their customer service is bar-none, the best i have ever seen. They have a chat option that allows you to get answers within 5 minutes if not sooner. Second: the system so so robust you can work operations, payments and sales seemlessly together.
