What do you like best about Frankli? Easy to use, adaptable, admin friendly, efficient, makes performance management discussions and 1:1s happen. The team are extremely helpful and innovative. Always looking to see how we can add to/better the platform or experience. What do you dislike about Frankli? Sometimes slow to load but very rarely, not much else. "Providing support and growth with consistency and ease"

What do you like best about Frankli? The visibility of our people's performance and growth. The reminders of team anniversaries, upcoming deadlines/tasks, as well as 1:1's. 1:1 talking points to ensure nothing is missed. What do you dislike about Frankli? Regularly having to log in to Frankli. Quite often it will log me out and i have to log back in to access the platform. Still appears to be some bugs with the google calendar integration, with sometimes 1:1 changes in Frankli not ...
