"I use Frankli on a monthly basis to review performance of my team"

What do you like best about Frankli? I can clone goals, it is easy to use, It calculates the results/progress, I can edit the goals What do you dislike about Frankli? at the beginning, it was harder to navigate through its parts - sometimes I lost visibility of some parts and was not sure where it disappeared. Now it's all clearer for me as I'm using the tool regularly What problems is Frankli solving and how is that benefiting you? I set up goals for my team members and define goals / targets

What do you like best about Frankli? It is highly user-friendly. I use it frequently to connect with my team members every month. As my team is expanding, it will allow me to be organised when I designate certain team members; I can then book a monthly meeting. It also automatically updates my work calendar. I can change the 121 questions and tailor them specifically to the employee. They can also request a 121/ chat with me on anything; it will be recorded for the next time. What do you ...

"Frankli Speaking, Great!"

What do you like best about Frankli? The interface makes it super easy to navigate and identify targets and objectives. You can set goals like it was game! Very interactive What do you dislike about Frankli? I don't dislike anything about Frankli; I wish all programs were this easy to navigate! What problems is Frankli solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves time management and effectiveness from both sides, the employer and employee

What do you like best about Frankli? The functionality covers all aspects of the employee experience, supporting performance and development. Great tool for review and feedback also What do you dislike about Frankli? There is very little I can find fault with What problems is Frankli solving and how is that benefiting you? Visibility of performance and personal/career development. Removes need for manual surveys and feedback that is unconnected to an individual's experience

What do you like best about Frankli? I recently enjoyed the team members I worked with Frankli. They took in any feedback we had as a company and were genuine in making sure our experience was seamless. What do you dislike about Frankli? There were some challenges with Frankli not being fully integrated with Zoom and Google Meet for meetings (1:1, etc.). "The Frankli team are always so helpful and open to suggestions"

What do you like best about Frankli? The team. They are always so accommodating to requests and helpful when required. The work they have done on the admin view has made life a lot easier on our end of Frankli What do you dislike about Frankli? Difficult to find downsides. Sometimes when using the web application, it can be slow. What do you like best about Frankli? Having all the historical notes from conversations that can be forgotten, then being able to see the correlation of these conversations and goal process over time. What do you dislike about Frankli? The only thing is the limited integration with Google Cal, having to reschedule meetings has to be done through the platform and not in my cal What problems is Frankli solving and how is that benefiting you?
