What do you like best about Frankli? Frankli is great for mapping out our company goals, then each department leader can plan their objectives for their area. It's a central place to track everything, and a great dashboard to track progress through a month/quarter and have the important conversations to drive to meet and beat the targets. What do you like best about Frankli? Frankli is intuitive and easy to use. The UX is clean and welcoming. I use it to manage my 1:1’s with my team and to set and track objectives. What do you like best about Frankli? rankli looks great and is easy to use! I only really use it for the 1:1s, they're brilliant for me and my team. They're very action orientated which means it's easier to keep on track and focus on the important things.
