"Nice Software"

What do you like best? The price is great, and it works really well! The set up of the software has a familiar feel, and it was easy to implement. What do you dislike? Sometimes it is difficult to figure out the difference between a new software and the one you have been using forever. Recommendations to others considering the product: I think this software is an excellent change from the usual Adobe. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Editing ...

"Good PDF Editing Tool"

What do you like best? Easy to use, Convert to Office docs is quick and painless. What do you dislike? not much, overall one of the best PDF editing tools i have used. id like to see a print spooling function, instead of having to save individual documents and then collate, can the documents spool into 1 and then save once completed? Recommendations to others considering the product: use the trial and give it a go, you wont regret it! What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

"Complete - all in one tool"

What do you like best? I am able to edit PDF files however I like and need the documents to be. It allows me to collate and combine multiple documents into one file. It allows me to split and remove pages that are unnecessary. It allows me to highlight and protect important information. Bottom line is, I don't need to use different software to do all these tasks as Foxit PhantomPDF has it all in one software. What do you dislike? Changing to allow multiple instances involves a lot of ...

"Wouldn't recommend"

What do you like best? Wouldn't recommend, not a big fan difficult to use in comparison to Adobe Suite What do you dislike? the cost for individual users versus the cost for a quote on multiple users there wasn't a substantial discount. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's great to be used for the basics creating, editing, converting, etc. You should definitely give it a free trial so you can see what there is to be used in the version you want to consider. What problems ...

"Many good features but some bugs"

What do you like best? The fact that you can do a one-time software purchase instead of a monthly payment subscription. What do you dislike? The software crashes frequently and also sometimes prints gibberish. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a solid solution despite its flaws. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I bought FoxIt once my Adobe software stopped working. The software crashes frequently when I am trying to do ...

"I love FoxIt PhantomPDF!"

What do you like best? I love that I can customize large file sizes with multiple documents. I can add signatures, I can file share, I can edit with ease! What do you dislike? Sometimes files do not save as rotated. For example, if I rotate a document correctly and save as, when I open it back up, it shows the original (un-rotated) document. Recommendations to others considering the product: N/A What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating large ...

"Great product"

What do you like best? I love the ability to edit PDF's easily and to be able to comment. I am able to edit contractual payments that are required to be outlines in our contracts, which I typically receive in PDF form. I love the ability to run the form recognition where it was automatically outline the parts of the PDF that require to be filled in, signed, or even check boxes. This creates documents for me in a matter of seconds, that used to take me a much longer time to create. What do ...

"So far it has been amazing."

What do you like best? The ability to merge and separate PDFs into single/multiple files. What used to take me a lot of time has now become minutes. What do you dislike? The only issue I am having is when I go to create 1 document from multiple files (from scratch) and select the "multiple file" function, I cannot use my search bar effectively. However, if I choose single file I can, and just add on from there. It still gives me the same outcome in the end. Recommendations to others ...

"Finally, a PDF solution that works and with a company who works with you!"

What do you like best? I love the ease of edited and redacting information within a PDF. Additionally, FoxIt is a company that works with you to ensure that your needs are met! This is a refreshing change from our old PDF software! What do you dislike? My only dislike, so far, is adjusting to where all of the resources are, since I was working with a different software in the past. But this is not a flaw, it's just the standard learning curve of moving to a new software. What problems are ...
