A Helpful Tool

PROS: My work includes notarizing documents and this platform has made this task a breeze. I just have to make a few clicks and voila! I had my digital signature and notarization seal on documents. I also like the platform’s straightforward interface and ease of use. CONS: There’s one thing that I dislike about the software and it is its design. It looks awfully outdated. It would be nice if they give it a new, sleeker modern look.

Our organization is using Foxit PhantomPDF.

PROS: Foxit has the necessary RMS Protection functionality in supporting our organization requirements. It helped secure critcal docs via Sharepoint 2013 AD-RMS applied for Microsoft Office products. FOXIT PDF protected docs can be viewed for read-only user. it even has the option for disabling download or doc printing. CONS: Its updates requires deployment. By that, it means redeployment for the entire organization.

A robust app for viewing and editing PDF docs.

PROS: It makes sure compatibility is maximized in all PDF docs. It won't matter where the built PDF came from. Its robust in editing elements of PDF docs. This gives you an intelligent impression. As a professional, you're able to send quality edited PDF docs overt to the party receving. CONS: It's a bit costly, in my opinion. Association with files on certain platforms aren't as reliable most time.

What do you like best? I love how I can have different PDF files open at once. instead of creating multiple windows, new tabs are being created on the program. What do you dislike? I cannot think of anything that I disklike about the program. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This programs allows you to view, edit, and create PDF files.

"Good upgrade from Adobe PDF software"

What do you like best? While the Foxit software has very similar functionality to Adobe Acrobat, I find the look and feel to be better than Adobe. Also, it has more advanced features such as editing, redacting documents, adding headers, annotating,etc. Plus it is compatible with Microsoft, Mac, etc. I can also create e-binders. What do you like best? Foxit PhantomPDF is simple to operate, has numerous features and never ever abandoned me without its required resources.
