What do you like best? Our documents are dynamically created and eSign Genie's API was perfect for us to hook into. Moreover, it is HIPAA compliant and the customer service is outstanding. When I have a question regarding the API or something else regarding eSign Genie, I get fairly quick replies. They consider suggestions I propose as well, which is amazing and unlike other companies.

What do you like best? The ease of use, fast implementation, cost, templates / customization and customer interface is what stood out for us.

What do you like best? Easy to use. HIPPA Compliant. Great 1 on 1 support. Signature Certificate is an added plus for being able to properly track document.

"Secure digital signing service with a PAYG plan"
What do you like best? My main reason for choosing this service was the availability of a Pay-As-You-Go plan (since I have to use a digital signature very rarely, so a subscription is a waste of money for me), and the secondary reason was actual security of the signature. This service, unlike any other, provides both despite being relatively not well-known (I tried several other that ranked higher in searches before stumbling upon this one.)

What do you like best? When you compare the features of this e-signing solution to others, you will see QUICKLY that eSign Genie is an excellent choice! When comparing features vs cost, eSign Genie also comes out on top by offering a majority of the same capabilities as other leading software options, but for FAR LESS money. The system is easy to setup, easy to use, and their support dept are right there for your every question. They will sign a BAA if your're in the medical field as well.

What do you like best? For me pay per document is one of the great features of eSign Genie. The user interface is simple and straightforward.
