"This is the esign program that works"
What do you like best? I spent time with docusign and adobe and they were so complicated and expensive, I gave up. eSign Genie is easy. And if you have questions the response to emails is very fast. I got a call from the developer who grabbed my screen and walked me through a bulk send. It's so easy and fast that I signed up immediately. Don't waste your time with the others.

"Exceptional Customer Service"
What do you like best? Help is only a chat applet away. Twice, I've used the 'chat with us' feature, and both times, I encountered quick, efficient, professional, and courteous service. Today, Varisha Yusuf assisted me. Varisha reviewed my question(s), asked following up questions, and then provided me with two solutions--with screenshots to boot (informative instruction). Varish Yusuf adds a human quality to customer service that's refreshing.

"eSign Genie Fit our Needs When no Other Product Would!"
What do you like best? eSign Genie offers two things I love: 1) As a tax professional, a lot of the documents I am sending for eSignatures are IRS documents. Because of this, the IRS will only accept actual signatures - no those "type-written" signatures most software lets you sign as. eSign Genie's customization options allow us to limit our clients to have only the option of drawing their real signature!
