What do you like best about FourKites? Our Customer Service teams are saving significant time identifying shipment status by avoiding to first look in our ERP and only looking up shipments #'s, customer PO's, part numbers, sales orders, ect to see the status of a shipment to a customer. Long term, we will send the tracking links directly to our customers so they can track their own shipments and avoid having to contact customer service all together. What do you dislike about ...
