What do you like best about FourKites? ETA and map visualization are good. Also getting out the data via API seems to work. What do you dislike about FourKites? Filter functionality is not great. I would preferer dropdowns instead of free search. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking loads and giving accurate estimated for customers.

What do you like best about FourKites? How fast the system works and how user friendly it is. What do you dislike about FourKites? Some of the carriers are not GPS tracked, some locations are not accurate and entered manually. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? I am checking components for the next day's production.

What do you like best about FourKites? I love the user interface and FourKites ability to customize to your companies needs. What do you dislike about FourKites? I'm not a huge fan of the timeline implementation when rolling out to a new customer. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving real-time order tracking for customers. The benefits I've seen so far are predicting future delivery times to customers based on traffic patterns.

Extract report in excel filter format is not as straightforward. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking containers movement or trying to locate lastest shipment status of a specific order.

What do you like best about FourKites? Fourkites platform is straightforward, easy to use. It gives real-time information on the truck/vessel location based on GPS coordinates. The reports are helpful as they contain detailed information about CO2 emissions, tracking consistency, and much more. What do you dislike about FourKites?
