What do you like best about FourKites? We have about 6 years using Fourkites, slowly expanding it to more countries and more operations. Besides the great product, which is intuitive and offers what we need, they also have a great customer experience. "Tracking is made easy with Fourkites"

What do you like best about FourKites? Being able to sign into my account and find a load for tracking. What do you dislike about FourKites? The filters are not user friendly when trying to find a specific load. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? We are in the process of going with Ocean Tracking for our Hawaii locations, FourKites is helping solve the issues to make this an easy addition to our tracking.

In a time where working remote is the new norm, being able to coordinate a team to focus more on exceptions through Fourkites tracking has been a drastic time saver. What do you like best about FourKites? I like that they provide visibility on where our trucks are and give ETA estimates that we can provide to our customers. What do you dislike about FourKites? FourKites Support doesn't always solve issues in a timely manner. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? FourKItes is solving visibility concerns, which allows us to keep track of our shipments as well as keep our carriers honest.

What do you like best about FourKites? The dependency on carrier data vs what our partners are showing is much more accurate. What do you dislike about FourKites? What do you like best about FourKites? The ability to track loads in near real-time. The ability to integrate in multiple ways, although most consistency is achieved through ELDs.
