What do you like best about FourKites? The future of what FourKites will mean to our supply chain. What do you dislike about FourKites? The initial set up took longer then expected. The most helpful thing about Fourkites is that we are able to track drivers and have information to provide to our customers about trailer #, current locations, ETAs, etc. What do you dislike about FourKites? What do you like best about FourKites? I like all the information available, such as filters or dashboards. What do you dislike about FourKites? I would like to add my warehouses on there but have had some trouble but once they are added will have a better overall experience. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? Lack of visibility for OTP/OTD and ability to track accessorials.

"One of the best tracker in terms of accuracy."
What do you like best about FourKites? Shows the last stop the truck has been and also the duration spent there. What do you dislike about FourKites? Have used it for a while now but did not find any bug or anything that causes dislike. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? Show the location of the driver; duration spent at the last stop, and ETA for the destination. These usually require calling drivers at odd times, but with fourkites it gets simplified

What do you like best about FourKites? The new technology they are developing to provide stronger visibility to customers. What do you dislike about FourKites? It sometimes feels like there is a delay in customer service response. As a newer user on the system, that may be a gap on my end I need to close. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? Providing a tool for carriers to send EDI updates.
