What do you like best about FourKites? I like the fact you can see the progress of the shipment from start to finish. Also, you can keep tabs and provide real time updates. It alerts you weather, traffic and other conditions in the area. You have the ability to pull reports and look at daily metrics What do you dislike about FourKites? "FourKites is a helpful tool for load tracking"

What do you like best about FourKites? I like to be able to locate the load and see if it has actually arrived or departed at my warehouse. It helps our warehouses keep track of the loads and helps us hold carriers accountable. What do you dislike about FourKites? Depending on how accurate the geofence is to our site (which I know we create), carriers can sit there and we think they have arrived but they actually have not checked in. What do you like best about FourKites? Easy to search for specific loads, customers, carriers, etc. Provides an easy snapshot of which carriers are doing well and which carriers have room for improvement. It's great for our customer service and sales folks out in the field as well as we're able to keep them informed on the location of their products in real time.
