"Great application that increased my efficiency and productivity!"

What do you like best about FourKites? Tracking updated every 15 minutes effectively lets me evaluate on time probability in a timely manner. What do you dislike about FourKites? I don't see all of my loads yet but I know that is being addressed. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? I can easily be proactive instead of reactive because of the detailed and timely information provided by FourKites.

"FASTER, BETTER AND EFFICIENT"

What do you like best about FourKites? I love having live data with real time updates at my fingertips. The functionality allows me to be efficient in my day to day job in logistics! What do you dislike about FourKites? I really don't have any complaints. At present and being new to the product for less than a year. I have not found any reason not to use FourKites. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefits have cut my follow time with my carriers down ...

"Fourkites is great!"

What do you like best about FourKites? It's very easy to use and has helped us out immensley! What do you dislike about FourKites? Some of the parameters and filters can be a little bit weird but are easy to get used to. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? One of the biggest reason our customers call in is for ETAs. This helps gives the customers accurate ETAs and gives us an easy way to find the information they are looking for.

What do you like best about FourKites? I like using the map interface the best and the accurate time of the geofence entry. What do you dislike about FourKites? Took is only as good as carriers that are compliant. I see a lot of awaiting tracking info which doesn’t help. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? Accurate tracking for customer service. Especially for our larger volume customers it trims down the amount of manual tracking.

FourKites onboarding was thorough and they took time to answer questions for both the inbound logistics team and other key stakeholders. What do you dislike about FourKites? Since onboarding, we have had struggles with carriers not knowing that Sysco has become a FourKites customer. The carrier IT departments are aware, but that information doesn't flow well down to the ops/dispatch employees. Recommendations to ...

What do you like best about FourKites? Four Kites is an awesome resource I can use daily to provide my customers with up to date tracking information. It is easy to use and understand! What do you dislike about FourKites? So far, I am pleased with the Four Kites product! What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to provide my customers with instant, accurate information regarding their shipments.

I wish the mapping was a better quality. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? our business problems are that we strive for customer satisfaction and with all of the alerts and categories you guys provide we are able to really cut down on the time it would take to sift through all of our orders

What do you like best about FourKites? The best part about Four Kites is it automatically sends out tracking requests and does everything behind the curtains for you! It's simplicity and easy structure makes this part of the industry much, much for efficient! What do you dislike about FourKites? There is some delay in receiving tracking updates here and there but overall a top of the line service! Recommendations to others considering FourKites: Excellent app!
