What do you like best about FourKites? Easy way to navigate and find all the information needed it. It shows all the relevant information. What do you dislike about FourKites? Not really find anything that I can't consider useful. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping us keep and maintain visibility of our loads and continue to have the customers updated in real live time, making us more productive and efficient.

"System that has been needed for a long time"

What do you like best about FourKites? I like the tracking features and being able to provide live updates or give links so our customers can follow up on tracking as well. It's a very nice feature. What do you dislike about FourKites? I know this is still rolling out and is expected to be improved as more carriers use it. But currently, not all trailers can provide ETAs atm. But the future concept of all trailers in the system is great news. What problems is FourKites solving and how is ...

"Very helpful in my daily support to customers"

What do you like best about FourKites? I love that I can provide a link to my customer to track their load. What do you dislike about FourKites? That our dedicated carriers show the whole route for the driver instead of the direct ETA and tracking to each customer What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? Providing an up-to-date ETA to the customer

What do you like best about FourKites? So many features that are helpful and easy to use. I could already tell that it will help me be more efficient in my job, and I'm genuinely excited to start incorporating it into my daily functions. What do you dislike about FourKites? Though amazing, there are a LOT of different features and information that can be a little overwhelming when learning about it at the get-go. The dashboard is also neatly organized into important timely funnels. What do you dislike about FourKites? I would have to say that there is not much I dislike about FourKites but the down side that I dislike is that a load cannot be tracked for ETA if there is any disruption in a typical workflow such as the load not being set up prior ...

What do you like best about FourKites? The most helpful thing about Fourkites is that we are able to track drivers and have information to provide to our customers about trailer #, current locations, ETAs, etc. What do you dislike about FourKites? I don't like that we have to update the password so much, since there's a lot of us who use the credentials so we get confused each time we have to change that.
