Support is usually a day behind the questions Recommendations to others considering FourKites: Go all in when you start, don't make it a "side project" Have IT resources dedicated and transportation teams pushing hard to get carrier compliance. you will only get out of the platform what you put in it. What do you like best about FourKites? They assign a customer service manager to each account and they are very diligent. What do you dislike about FourKites? Can be tough to diagnose issues with connections on the carriers end What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? Late arrivals causing backups at pickup and delivery warehouses, with accurate data and buy in from the carriers we will be able to load and unload drivers faster based on their estimated arrival times.

What do you like best about FourKites? Fourkites has the ability to get real time alerts when detention is occurring. This allows us to contact our customers right away. What do you dislike about FourKites? There isn't too much reporting available without the additional cost of the dashboard. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? Detention, ability to notify customers immediately if a load is running behind.

What do you like best about FourKites? Fourkites allows for tracking when carriers are not directly available via phone such as overnight or even through time differences around the country during lunch hours. As a tracker working overnight, it was not always possible to get updates as my position required me to do so for our client. With Fourkites, I'm able to track loads in next to real time, any time! What do you like best about FourKites? I like being able to see exactly where a shipment is. What do you dislike about FourKites? I dislike that sometimes it takes up to 30min to update a shipment. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? I am solving problems with ETA's to customers and helping keep shipments on track for scheduled delivery appointments.
