"Great Platform"

What do you like best about FourKites? The ability to track shipments within our network. What do you dislike about FourKites? The difference in intergration between carriers of the same mode. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? We know do not need to relay solely on our carriers to get back to us. We can simply imput a tracking number and find the most recent update.

As a consultant, my biggest issue is articulating the real value of a tool like FourKites and getting executive buy-in. As I'm not a user, I don't have specific system dislikes. What do you like best about FourKites? Ease of use for management of loads, sort and filter functions whether using desktop/laptop or mobile applications. What do you dislike about FourKites? The user interface required for brokerage customers and logistics networks, that are non-fleet owned. Gaps in tracking already known industry wide, that are subject to human error/ inability to adhere to standards of communication. More automation to this process needed. What do you like best about FourKites? The load tracking portal is easy to use and manipulate. What do you dislike about FourKites? The rich information found in the portal is somewhat disconnected or lagging with what we are seeing and using internally. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? Better, easier and faster response to customer inquiry wanting to know when their PO will arrive.

What do you like best about FourKites? Being able to see where our drivers are at any time of the day. I also like seeing the FourKites estimated ETA. What do you dislike about FourKites? Some of the export functions aren't user friendly. The information is great, but the way it's formatted in excel isn't fantastic. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you?
