What do you like best about FourKites? I like that FourKites allows you a seamless way to track drivers. What do you dislike about FourKites? I dislike that FourKites has two separate apps, which could become confusing. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? I haven't faced any problems myself. I do see great benefits in being able to see the progress of a load pickup or delivery.

"Easy to Navigate and Track Carrier Shipments"

What do you like best about FourKites? I enjoyed the easiability navigating through the system. The format is clear and consice. The training provided helped with understanding various features, such as IM with carriers in realtime, ability to track shipments via a hyperlink that can be sent to various individuals to review. What do you like best about FourKites? It is easy to use and understand. nothing else to say What do you dislike about FourKites? unable to update tracking position which is sometime a problem. All drivers do not want to use them own cell phone... even if it is hard to understand for everyone. What do you like best about FourKites? Real-time tracking and encrypted links are the most useful features, in my opinion. What do you dislike about FourKites? Disconnect with some carriers often gets in the way. Once this is solved and tracking consistency is good, FourKites will be exponentially more beneficial. "Helpful when used properly"

What do you like best about FourKites? Cutting back on check calls. Having live visibility on a truck can be very helpful in up to the minute updates without having to disturb drivers. Setting carrier up on the PartnerHub platform has also helped in this process by not needing to contact drivers. Allows for a seamless integration with their Tracking service or ELDs.
