Pretty good platform with a few issues

What do you like best? Fountain has helped solve our ATS issues without us having to develop our own internal ATS system. It is very customizable. What do you dislike? It can be very manual and tedious to make changes to the applicant flow. It is also very difficult to pull specific reporting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We hire in mass volumes and Fountain has helped us manage this.

A very complete job board/ATS/Onboarding System

What do you like best? The ease of automating the process, customizable for each client/role/location. What do you dislike? Easy, but only once you get the hang of it.

What do you like best? I like that it allows me to easily move applicants through our application screening process in a quick way. I also love the text feature, which is super affordable. What do you dislike? Editing our application is tedious and takes up way too much time. I believe they are launching bulk edits soon, but so far - nada. We also have a lot of applicants who claim they don't get emails from us--I don't know if that's Fountain or email user error. What problems ...

Great for remote teams to balance high applicant flow

What do you like best? I really like the ease with which we can communicate with and about applicants via a remote team. Fountain is receptive to user requests and makes frequent improvements. Love that it seamlessly syncs with my google calendar. What do you dislike? I wish that the data export tool was more robust and easy to use. Developing queries can be cumbersome. What do you like best? As far as getting workers enrolled and through the workflow's, it is super user-friendly and easy. What do you dislike? Certain limitations to custom applications we were trying to accomplish. Recommendations to others considering the product: Technical errors with very niche statistics. What do you like best? Using Fountain definitely makes the on-boarding process for our independent contractors a lot smoother.
