Fountain is flexible and easily integratabtle with other systems for our type of onboarding.
What do you like best? I like the Posthire Feature the most because of the potential, but there are a few things that I would recommend to make the experience as customizable to the admin user as possible. Needs some improvement
What do you like best? It is easy to use, and that does not have too many issues. What do you dislike? It does not move people from one queue to another every now and then when it should. Recommendations to others considering the product: Fixing one of the funnels we have. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problem is not moving people from one queue to another automatically. Benefits are it is easy to use.

Really useful tool with a lot of integrations
What do you like best? We used fountain as an off-the-shelf solution to get users to sign up to our platform. It was quick and easy to set up, easy to customise and offers great analytics. The support we received was excellent and comprehensive - there was always someone available to walk you though any solutions that you might need. What do you like best? Responsive nature of the Fountain support team when I needed them. What do you dislike? There are some limitations to fountain data reporting that required a lot more steps/review of third party apps and/or api documentation then I was used to as en end user. What do you like best? The linear structure is very intuitive and easy to teach to new team members. The applicant profiles are well structured. The rule stages help us automate some review work.
