Very User Friendly for Business
What do you like best? I like that it is easy to navigate and the information is straight forward I also like that the search bar is very easy to use and straight forward. Detailed Tool that can sometimes feel overwhelming
What do you like best? There's a lot that can be done with the tool. It's flexible. What do you dislike? It can feel very busy or confusing when it's new. Good overview and workflow, the support is attentive and fast
What do you like best? The workflow which is fully customisable. Its endless in its features and different other tools that you can implement into the workflow and pipeline. The additional features that you can use in form of other applications and easily put them into the workflow / pipeline. Such a frustrating system that doesn't benefit my role in my company or our clients at all
What do you like best? I like the tab that allows you to easily scroll through all the buckets to find the one that you need. But, that's maybe the only thing I like about it because it is mostly frustrating. What do you dislike? Grading introduction videos is a joke. There's no enough room to see what you've typed for each bar. It's not smart enough to update the score card each time, so we have to go in manually each time there's a new submittal. Easy for hiring 1099 workers
What do you like best? Very easy to get up and running with workflows. We redid the entire driver on boarding flow and launched it company wide in a month. What do you dislike? Nothing really. Sounds lame but thats the truth. It just makes sense.. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hiring drivers for an on the go economy. It’s usually challenging.

Amazing tool with a great roadmap
What do you like best? The Scalability and simplicity, don't need to be a tech person to set up the software. What do you dislike? As a SaaS it has some limitations in regards to customisations. What do you like best? The video interview piece. My HRIS doesn't have that feature but LinkedIn Recruiter just introduced it. But as I think about it, then corporate, technical types who at my company, I don't believe they would be inclined. What do you like best? Once reviewed fountain has everything in an easy to find location What do you dislike? There are a few areas that my business doesn't use that seem eronious to me. What do you like best? I like that the simplicity of this system. I find it easy to work with fountain. What do you dislike? There have been a few instances where moving an individual to the next stage has resulted in a barrage of emails going to the recipient and its been difficult to diagnose exactly what the issue it.
