Always follows through!
What do you like best? What I like best about Fountain is the flexibility they have with delivering exactly the product that is needed. With my line of work, policies change quickly and the representatives are always there to cater to what the company needs. Fountain, a usefull tool to engage people

I use Fountain constantly in my work, it facilitates the complete visualization of all the leads that enter our website, it allows us to work with them until their activation, facilitating through their interface a useful and friendly result. Bulky to Navigate
What do you like best? I like all the views you're able to access and see information that you need or want. What do you dislike? Because there are so many possibilities it can sometimes be difficult to navigate to the view you're specifically wanting. An excellent platform for rigorous recruitment processes
What do you like best? Fountain has proven to be extremely versatile. What do you dislike? No platform downsides, though it would be nice for the commercial terms to be agreed in our domestic currency rather than USD. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? High volume, high quality recruitment processes integrated with our internal systems.

Great software for onboarding!
What do you like best? Ease of use, able to communicate with candidates via email and SMS, highly customisable. Great software for hiring a large pool of employees or contractors
What do you like best? The user Interface is excellent and the employees are very helpful. What do you dislike? There are some limits on advanced customization. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hiring contractors quickly. Reduced time to hire and more applicants getting through the process.

Good product and responsive customer service
What do you like best? Workflow and email customisation. In particular with follow-ups and reminders What do you dislike? Rigidity in customisation and inconsistencies with accessing different similar information e.g. editing templates What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tech enabled onboarding of care workers with options to schedule sessions and send regular reminders.
