What do you like best about Grant Lifecycle Manager? Foundant GLM is intuitive and easy for me to use. If I have any trouble, I can get help to figure it out. "Very responsive company"

What do you like best about Grant Lifecycle Manager? I am not sure how they do it but Foundant shines where it counts. Their responsiveness and readily available support staff make me feel like I am the only client. I have not waited more than 5 minutes to be speaking with an actual person. What do you like best about Grant Lifecycle Manager? Foundant continually improves the software and provides excellent customer service. What do you dislike about Grant Lifecycle Manager? Email can be sent from GLM, but responses go to default email and must be saved and uploaded to GLM to be attached to applicant/grant request.
