I've been using Fotor for a while now, and their free Upscaler feature is absolutely incredible!!! It takes my blurry and low-res photos and transforms them into high-quality, crisp photo. It's super easy to use and saves so much time. Honestly, this feature alone makes Fotor stand out from other editing apps.
