What do you like best about Fortifi? I like how the SLAs are configurable and that we can change them to be what we want them to and that the SLAs are set in stone with the time requirements that we need to meet. What do you dislike about Fortifi? I dislike how there is some ease of life features that arent baked into the SLA agreements. Before we were using Fortifi, we were trying to track support emails and issues raised with Excel sheets and internal communication methods, which became unmanageable and ineffective.
