What do you like best about Forter? Forter is very user-friendly and super fast. It reduces dependency on manual process. What do you dislike about Forter? The initial setup may be a little consuming. Recommendations to others considering Forter: Forter is a robust system and has a great support team. What problems is Forter solving and how is that benefiting you? The fraudulent chargeback have reduced in number. The effort and resources required in verification have reduced drastically.

Forter's chargeback protection made it a no brainer to sign, as it was lower than our overall fraud rate and provided instant coverage. What do you like best about Forter? Forter is very easy to work with and provides the tools to help you make the best decisions for your companies needs. The dashboard is very user friendly. What do you like best about Forter? Chargeback rate for our company has declined by a notable portion, with Forter blocking suspicious and fraudulent orders. What do you dislike about Forter? Ideally, Forter would notify us when certain events and data points are out of the ordinary. Currently it is solely on us to notice things of this nature. What do you like best about Forter? Forter is very easy to use and gives us all of the information we need to determine if an order is fraudulent or real. What do you dislike about Forter? The new update makes information a little hard to find and read. What problems is Forter solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to find out which customer’s information could be fraud and take the steps to either correct that or verify.
