Great internal method for getting stuff done
What do you like best? I like that it is an immediate request for my internal associates. It's simple and forward... What do you dislike? After approval of the request, there is no confirmation for reference of completion. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No messy personal email requests or "lost" requests for jobs. It's specific and detailed.

Formstack Review
What do you like best? It is simple to use and easy to navigate. What do you dislike? I think it could be improved based upon the technology we have these days. It seems to be a little older. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used for a brief time to see how it would be to have our orders sent through the system. It worked, it just could have been better.
