Good Product
What do you like best? I've been on the formstack platform for years. We use it in a variety of ways for our clients. It has a nice mix of ease of use but sophisticated functionality. What do you dislike? Overall I'm very satisfied with the product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it internally and externally for our clientele for lead collection, survey collection and a variety of other tasks

Customized Forms
What do you like best? Formstack is a great program that allows us to customize forms. We can then easily distribute and route the responses, send notification emails and take appropriate action based upon those responses. We like that you can create conditional questions based upon the questions completed, which is a big time saver at the users end. What do you like best? The versatility of the program and how easy it is to use. What do you dislike? Recently, Formstack didn't automatically ask if I needed data encryption when I added the credit card field to the form. What problems are you solving with the product? Great and versatile program for forms and more.
What do you like best? Where to start? The logic to show/hide content based on previous responses, the ability to route responses to the appropriate parties via email, the API allowing connection to Mailchimp. It's great software. What do you dislike? I wish there were a little bit more flexibility in the design. I know I can make adjustments with CSS, and I have, but some things like being able to put the submit button on the same line as another field would be great to have as ...

What do you like best? We enjoy that there is safety in knowing that Formstack is protecting our applicants' data. We require applicants to upload various personal documents, and there is a lot of peace of mind for both our organization, but for the applicant, that their information is securely protected. Excellent Form Tool
What do you like best? Very easy to use. Even users unskilled in HTML can create complex forms that are both responsive and accessible. We currently export our data via Excel but are working on creating a custom integration using the API. What do you dislike? I'd like to see builtin connections to live data to populate form attributes rather than manually attributing them or uploading spreadsheets. Functional and accessible
What do you like best? Great product and supports. Easy to use. What do you dislike? The pricing could always be a little better.
