What do you like best? The customer service was excellent on getting Forms on Fire up and running more efficiently once we establish one customer service contact. What do you dislike? This program is easy, simple, and efficient
What do you like best? What I like best about Forms On Fire is the simplicity of the program. This program was new to me when I first started with my company, and after using another software for 6 years I was afraid to try something new. Didn't enroll, but great sales experience
What do you like best? I spoke with Kendall who was very consultative and helpful. He explained the product and platform very well. There are many nice features such as offline availability of the native applications rather than depending on a web-based experience. What do you dislike? Easy to use and adaptable
What do you like best? Ability to quickly check stats, suppliers, maps, analyst, sku's, etc per store location. What do you dislike? When entering store numbers during new store visits all stores are displayed that include those numbers, and more. For instance if you try to enter (store) 151 it will show every store number that includes the sequence 151. What do you like best? System is flexible, powerful, and easily adaptable to a lot of different applications.
