What do you like best about forms.app? It is pretty straightforward to use and customizable for our branding needs at a fair price. I like that it does not reqiure a log in (like free Google Forms) , so it is easy to collect feedback from people without hearing how they can't log in. We've had a very good experience with customer service when we've had to reach out to them for assistance.

Huge improvement over Google Forms

Our team had been using Google Forms and we found that many people we were asking to complete surveys did not have a Google account and it was a barrier for them to provide feedback. I researched some options and chose Forms.App and I have been very pleased with the tool itself and the customer service. We did not get calls or emails saying a recipient could not answer the questions easily like we did in the past, so this is a huge improvement over Google Forms! I recommend to check it out ...

What do you like best about forms.app? It's very easy to set up, customize and share. In less than an hour I can have a form that automizes a lot of the lead generation process.
