Simple and effective

This is the second time our team has used forms.app. For the type of survey we conduct, which requires informed consent, it allows us to separate the consents from the responses, ensuring the confidentiality of the data. It's very simple to use. The customer service is excellent, and they are always attentive to our requests or inquiries. We are grateful and highly recommend the app!

I'm a regular user of forms.app and I love it! It's super easy to create complex forms, even if you're not a tech whiz. Wonderful surprise!

my subscription was renewed without the sending of the customary reminder. I wrote to ask for a refund as I wanted to cancel. I was not using the app. I was not thinking that it would make any difference as the reminder is customary, not obligatory. Very effective!

I would give them a 5 star rating because they have just been exceptional. I will gladly pick them over Jotform any day as the possibility of their simple but effective mobile app just makes keeping track of the forms and managing submissions so easy. I haven’t paid for a subscription yet, I eventually will as I would need more storage but so far so fails, they have been very effective!
