What do you like best? It is great, easy to use and is pretty intuitive to setup. A lot of guidance is also available online if you do get stuck! What do you dislike? Very effective tool & great customer support

What do you like best? We use FormAssembly to capture data and put in in our Salesforce database automatically. Once set up, it works great. What do you dislike? Setting up the connector to Salesforce could be improved by using field names in formulas instead of meaningless variable names that you have to look up. Easy to use in a lot of different capacities

What do you like best? I appreciate the ability to make a straightforward, interactive, and attractively designed form using Form Assembly. It's able to host a lot of information, things are easy to search, and easy to edit. What do you dislike? A good software that works as it should.

What do you like best? FormAssembly makes it simple to set up forms, especially if you have no HTML or CSS knowledge. If you DO have those additional skills, FA allows you to do many customizations to any form you'd like. Additionally, FA generates a simple, short link for embedding your form in any HTML-accessible page, which is a requirement for my work. What do you dislike? User Friendly and Great Support

What do you like best? The dynamic/usability of the product. There is so much you can do with the product and it's super helpful when needing to create so many different records in Salesforce. What do you dislike? Sometimes it's hard to figure out specific formulas and the documentation doesn't always exist for the problem you're facing. What do you like best? FA’s easy to use interface and integration setup with Salesforce What do you dislike? What do you like best? Capturing data and connecting it to our SalesForce instance. What do you dislike? Sometimes the documentation/help does not answer my questions for our form building needs. Recommendations to others considering the product: Sign up for a trial and try it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to Design and Easy to Integrate

What do you like best? FormAssembly allows you to be creative in your form design and to integrate with Salesforce and other Apps. What do you dislike? I wish FormAssembly would automatically create PDF version from the form design. Some of the connectors with SF are not as intuitive as you wish they were.
