What do you like best about FormAssembly? Flexibility and integration with our current CRM (Salesforce) is pretty simple. What do you like best about FormAssembly? Quality data control and the native ability to update customer records in CRM. What do you dislike about FormAssembly? I'm unable to embed a form in an email, which would open up more opportunity to utilize this tool for NPS/CSAT. What problems is FormAssembly solving and how is that benefiting you? "Many functions and easy to use"

What do you like best about FormAssembly? Lots of great easy-to-use functions. The Help team is amazing as well as support documentation. What do you dislike about FormAssembly? We were a client for 5 years and they increased the cost 1.5x on us which was not appreciated, but we are now a client of nearly 10 years. "Great tool for Salesforce Admins!"

What do you like best about FormAssembly? I love how easy they make it to learn the platform. They even have their own Academy where you can do modules to earn badges, and get certified in the Platform. The Salesforce and Stripe connectors are awesome! What do you dislike about FormAssembly? Just that sometimes it takes a while to get an answer from support if I get stuck. The forms have several payment options and many design options that you can use to customize your forms to your needs and branding. What do you dislike about FormAssembly? What do you like best about FormAssembly? It is very easy to create appealing to the eye forms for people to use. What do you dislike about FormAssembly? Downloading attachments does not work as expected. It would also be nice if FA was also a database solution, but that is not really an issue. FA is great!
