Great tool, thorough onboarding support and friendly service.

What do you like best? Seamless integration with Jira Cloud for budgeting controls. UI is nice and simple and clearly laid out. Forecast staff respond quickly to support requests in a friendly and approachable manner. What do you dislike? Some of the (accounting terminology is not so clear for me. What do you like best? How user friendly it is and how our entire team quickly adopted it. It works well both for a management perspective (overview, capacity, progress, utilisation of ressources and for more operationnal roles (to do, prioritization, project time monitoring etc.... What do you like best? Forecast has helped us get a better understanding of our resource management and track our projects in a more accurate and timely manor. We used and investigated a number of other softwares but none of them let us link our project and task management to our resources allocation in the same way as Forecast. Powerful tools, responsive to customer contacts

What do you like best? Forecast has all the usual project management features, and the UX is wonderful - you can perform almost all batch actions from a variety of views and they're adding more every day! What do you dislike? The report pages load ALL the data, which can take a while. They re-load all the data whenever you change filters, so if you want to change 4 filters at a time you have to wait for it to load 4 times. There is no way to give users a view-only access to ...
