What do you like best about Force24? The added dimension of asking whether a journey has succeeded in it's objective and if it hasn't, continue with one or more communications to keep engaged with that customer.

What do you like best about Force24? The support and onboarding are first class and they work to a two-minute SLA. The system does everything it claimed to do and I am particularly impressed by the campaign journey manager and integration with the companies DMS.

What do you like best about Force24? There's a lot to like about the system! The Journey Planner is one of the best I have used, very intuitive and with an abundance of features. I've built out some crazy campaigns that have drawn on emails, texts and direct mail with great success. Whether you want to drive revenue or just automate some BAU processes, then the system can handle it.
