Disappointing performance, uncontrolled fees, upgrade installation is not free, & unreliable.
What do you like best? The fact that it's built on Salesforce CRM. What do you dislike? My original glowing review was done during training. We aced the training as admins, and felt at the time this was going to be a great system. This company relies on first impressions for their reviews and offers incentives for reviews which are fluff. Great Team and a Platform With Endless Possibilities
What do you like best? I most like that there are so many options to customize and adapt the platform to meet our needs. We had a lot of specific asks that Fonteva worked hard on meeting for us during implementation. Now we have the ground work to continue to build on as we grow as a company. What do you dislike? What do you like best? great for categorizing interms of membership types, badges etc for airline, being gold diamond ruby membership ... What do you dislike? not that sophisticated system, needs enhancement which is very costly What problems are you solving with the product? Easy for a non-IT person to learn
What do you like best? I've been using Fonteva for about 5 months now. As a membership professional (non-IT person) I've found it fairly easy to pick-up. I love the ability to customize our join process (a luxury we've never had). The online training and customer support is always helpful as I try to learn new things.
