"Great integration with Salesforce, some back end difficulties"

What do you like best about Fonteva Events? It's Salesforce native, info mapping is fairly seamless. The interface is fine both on the back end and front end. What do you dislike about Fonteva Events? Complex and not always intuitive, no phone support. The emailing system is super complex and can't be done by anyone who doesn't know code. There is no automated waitlist system. Conditional pricing is limited to one condition per price rule. Users can't cancel sessions -- only tickets. ...

What do you like best about Fonteva Events? This events app is built right on top of Salesforce. The amount of features, the look and feel, and the UX are fare superior to former solutions. Plus, this has its own eCommerce capability which can used with the rest of the Fonteva product. Regular new releases are slated. I also like the fact that the company is growing quickly.
