Hugely valuable in helping me be productive

I am a senior partner at a management consulting firm that has lifelong ADHD. Focus mate is a life changing platform

Focus mate is a life changing platform. Since becoming a member, I am way more relaxed about my tasks and deadlines for I know using it will force me to sit down and go for it, no matter what. The team is super helpful and other users extremely nice and respectful. It's like feeling part of a community of procrastinators silently helping each other to make progress in life. I've been using FocusMate since June 2022 and I've grown more and more focused and productive with this tool than anything else. It really helps to know that there is a person waiting to work with you and they have their own goals to achieve! Absolute Life Changer

Absolute Life Changer. I use it every work day. As someone with ADHD, this helps me schedule and segment my tasks. Since I started using it I've gotten SO MUCH MORE DONE with less stress. I've done over 1100 sessions and I've NEVER had a bad experience with a focusmate on the other end. I've even made some internet friends without meaning to. The support staff are swift, responsive and friendly. God help me if this website ever goes down. I love it and use it constantly!
